On OFFIQUE, we offer for sale exclusive and top-quality products purchased by La Mercanti directly from leader manufacturers, carefully selected for their stringent quality control.
Do you sell licensed authentic designs or are they knock-offs?
We only sell authorized and licensed products from the original Italian manufacturers and view knock-offs as illegal.

Payment: we're serious about safe shopping.
Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. Choose between our various payment methods:

- Credit card: once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal credit card page to complete the payment. Your account will be charged on the day your order is placed.

Goods will be dispatched after payment has been cleared.
We guarantee optimum security levels for every purchase. All prices are listed in Pound. "OFFIQUE PRICE", as displayed, is not inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
There are no extra costs at delivery.
Will my order be charged VAT?
For European Union orders, it is necessary to indicate your valid VIES VAT number to avoid extra VAT expences of 22% (Italian VAT taxes) at the moment of checkout.
Do you offer trade pricing, or volume discounts?

Will my order be charged a shipping fee?
Yes, your order requires a delivery fee and it will be clearly disclosed during product configuration and at the time of order.

Orders placed on-line on OffiQue.co.uk site can be delivered in EU countries. You can choose the following Shipping Methods:

- CIP: Carriage and Insurance Paid to your address.
- Ex Works: Customer Own shipping: contact us for details.

Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement via email within 5 days from delivery.

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important.

Any damage discovered without reclamation on the delivery slip can not be claimed at OFFIQUE, same is valid for extra transport insurance subcribed during order. We will not be able to claim from transport company or insurance company any claims not retained on delivery slip. You can not claim any amount or replacement from Offique if you have not signed any remarks or damage on delivery slip during delivery.
From where does this item ship?
All items ship from our Italian warehouse or from partner warehouses and factories in Italy.
What type of delivery should I expect?
Your order will be shipped the most efficient method and will depend on many factors such as size, location of factory and destination.
Do you ship outside of the EU market?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the world. Please call us +39.0735.757927 for international destinations.
What is the lead time on my order?
Lead-times can vary depending on the item ordered. Some items are in-stock and ship immediately, while others are made to order with lead-times of 8-12 weeks or more.
Here's the calculation that OFFIQUE applies:

Production Time + Transit Time = Delivery Time.

Transit time can vary in order of 2-7 working days or more.
What does "quick ship" mean?
Quick-ship means an item is in-stock and ready to ship.

All of our products on-line list lead-time and availability. Please check the product page of the item you are interested in.
Can I request expedited shipping for an additional fee?
Under unique circumstances this is possible.

Are samples available?
Yes! We are happy to send textile and finish samples after your order confirmation. There is no charge for this service.
Do you have a retail store? Where are you located?
We have a lovely office-showroom located in San Benedetto del Tronto, center Italy.
What are your live customer service and showroom hours?

Upholstery of products
The main characteristics of products are shown on OFFIQUE on each featured page. The fabric or leather upholstery offered for sale on OFFIQUE may not exactly correspond to the real products in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
Warranty
All of our products are covered by our 12 month warranty. This warranty starts on the day following your receipt of the product.
Each product brands has also manufacturer's warranty.
What is our return policy, how do i return an item?
Products purchased from OFFIQUE may be returned only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by email info@offique.com. Returns received and not pre-authorized cannot be processed. Non-stock items, special orders, and wooden items are not returnable.

Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: La Mercanti Srl - Office Boutique division - Via Pasubio, 10 - 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) - Italy.

Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be refunded. All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expences. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. OFFIQUE reserves the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 working day grace period has expired or that are not in the same condition as you received them.

Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot issue the Return policy.
